My mother was an avid gardener. As a young child I was often by her side as she tended to her gardens, cut fresh flowers, and arranged them artfully in vases for various rooms in our home. By age four, I was creating flower arrangements along with her. She encouraged me to use anything I wanted out of her gardens. I’d combine myriad varieties in complementary colors. It’s a look I still enjoy in my floral designs today.
When I moved to the Sturbridge, Massachusetts area years later I found a limited assortment of fresh flowers available in the area shops. I remember one shop in particular that only carried red roses and no other color unless specially ordered. I decided, at that very moment, to open a florist shop that carried the wide variety of flowers found in my mother’s gardens.
I’d like to invite you to stop by my shop in Brimfield. We’re on Route 20 just over the Sturbridge/Brimfield line. I guarantee you’ll find a great selection of fresh flowers, in a variety of colors, and at very reasonable prices.

P.S. We always have 5 or 6 ( and sometimes as many as 12!) different colors of roses in the cooler.
